A JSON spec becomes a finished vertical edit: word-level transcription, three independent caption timing corrections, motion graphics cued to spoken words, subject-aware crop, and automated verification of the encoded output. Shot boundaries are phrases rather than timestamps, so an edit survives re-transcription. The pipeline re-cuts a previously verified master from its spec and produces a byte-identical file, same checksum, built three days apart.

Every detector gets a positive control before it is trusted: construct the failure on purpose, feed it to the real check, confirm the check fails, then confirm clean material still passes. A check that has only ever seen passing material is not evidence of anything.
